The most significant work they have done for us was the renovation and build-out of Piedmont Brewery, located at 121 S. 6th Street in Griffin, Georgia. The scope included a full renovation of a former restaurant and bar space as well as a complete brewery build-out within an existing shell. The contract value was $598,710, and the project was completed in 2024.

As is common with renovation and build-out work, there were adjustments along the way. Flint handled those situations in a straightforward and professional manner. Change order discussions were transparent, cost implications were clearly communicated, and we were never left guessing about where things stood financially. Their approach gave us confidence that the project budget was being managed responsibly throughout.

The project moved forward in an orderly and consistent manner. Any schedule adjustments that came up were communicated to us in advance and handled collaboratively. Flint kept the work progressing and made sure we were informed at every step rather than finding out about issues after the fact.

The finished brewery turned out great, and the space functions exactly as we intended.
