Flint Building Company was founded in 2021 by Wright Woodall and Steven Brewer as a side project in the residential construction market.  In 2022 Wright and Steven launched Flint Building Company as a full-time venture pursuing residential and commercial projects in the Middle Georgia area.

Wright holds a degree from Auburn University in Building Science and is 20 year veteran of commercial construction. He spent the first half of his career supervising projects on-site and the rest in Project Management roles.  Wright has extensive project experience in various market sectors, including higher education, K-12 schools, healthcare, research facilities, student housing, restaurants, office buildings, and more, with contract values up to $34 million.  Wright handles all construction operations for Flint from estimating to close-out.

Steven is a licensed CPA with 18 years of experience in construction accounting.  He has a degree in accounting from Mercer University and has started and ran his own certified public accounting firm since 2013.  For Flint, Steven handles all receivables and payables, payroll, financial statements, and job profitability analysis.
