One of the most impressive aspects of the project was their ability to maintain the construction schedule while also remaining within budget. Deadlines and timelines were consistently met, and any challenges or unforeseen conditions that arose during construction were handled quickly, professionally, and with practical solutions that kept the project moving forward.
Their management of subcontractors, coordination with the design team, and handling of project documentation, RFIs, and submittals was efficient and well organized throughout the process. Communication with county staff was always responsive, transparent, and respectful, which made the working relationship smooth from start to finish. The quality of workmanship on the Animal Shelter was outstanding. The finished facility reflects careful attention to detail and adherence to project plans and specifications.
In addition, the project was managed responsibly from a financial standpoint. Billing and change orders were handled appropriately and professionally, subcontractors and suppliers were managed effectively, and to my knowledge there were no significant disputes or claims during the course of the work. Their team maintained a professional and organized work environment and demonstrated compliance with project safety expectations throughout construction.
