We have had the pleasure of working with Flint Building Company on two commercial renovation projects for KaMin, LLC, and wanted to take a moment to share our experience. They are a contractor we would recommend without hesitation.

Both projects were office renovation jobs — converting existing space into finished office space for our team. The first was completed in 2024 with a contract value of $421,295, and the second wrapped up in 2025 at $204,295. Both were delivered under guaranteed maximum price contracts.

There were change orders on each project, as is typical with renovation work, but all were handled through a straightforward approval process, and the final costs came in as expected given the scope of work involved.

Both projects were completed on time. Any schedule adjustments along the way were communicated early and approved by our team before moving forward. Flint Building Company kept us in the loop throughout and never left us guessing about where things stood.

The finished product on both jobs met our expectations. Our offices look great, and the work has held up well. Beyond the quality of the work itself, we appreciated how easy they were to work with — responsive, organized, and solution-oriented when issues came up.
